Another excellent Fiestaware product. The Sauceboat is a magnificent size with a truly excellent capacity. It has good flow with just enough of a lip that the seemingly consistent drip after each pour that the person needs to catch is a rarity. The balance is good with the handle a good size, shape and weight. It can become a little heavy depending on how much you put into it, of course. sauceboat and platter - just what every cook needs:
I love my sauceboat and platter. I'm thrilled. I love Fiestaware and have several pieces, so I wanted to keep it going. When you use them together, you don't have to worry about gravy spilling onto your table cloth. Mega China made it a great shopping experience.
Having a party with fiestaware:
My mom started my collection of Fiestaware for me, because I needed good dishes. I decided to start with the Sea Mist and the Rose colors, because they won't be made after 2005, which will make them collectable in a few years. The first sauceboat I recieved had a chip in it, I sent it back. The second one arrived with a flaw, but it seems that most fiestaware has at least some minor flaw in it.
