One Egg Omelet Perfection:

This is the one. The one non-stick pan you need. Silicone cool grip handle gives you sure and safe control. Beat one egg with 2 tsp of water. There is salt, there is pepper. On very low heat add 1 tbs butter. Gently slide egg to cover bottom of skillet. Down center sprinkle 1 tsp minced herbs and 2 tsp fine grated cheese. When the surface of the omelet has subtle liquidity, fold its edges to center. Slide onto plate.

Sabatier Signature fry pan:

Sabatier Signature series pans are wonderful. I had previously purchased the larger size and liked it so much, I purchased this size also. Nothing seems to stick to it and clean-up is so easy. A few swishes with a sponge and hot, soapy water and you're finished. I would not hesitate to purchase these pans from Sabatier.
