It works with effort.:

Switching collets takes work. Its easy to mis-guide the rubber ring, and when you do...you have to do the ENTIRE process again. Wears down your screws.

Not worth it, buy the PR010:

I bought this and the collet set for my Colt thinking that they were specially designed to work better with the smaller router. Not so. This is the most complicated system for a simple concept of collets. Buy the PR010 and use regular threaded collets.
