Hitachi 725798 SDSMax Shank Adapter:

IMPORTANT NOTE!:
The photo shows the 3 Jaw Drill Chuck included, when in fact it is not. The product is the SDSMax shaft/shank/adapter only. You can purchase the 3 Jaw Drill Chuck at any hardware store, Lowe's, Home Depot, etc.
Also note that the adapter is too short to engage the hammer feature on my Bosch demo hammer, so you will have to be content to "drill" only, without the hammer/drill feature.
Otherwise, great product...did what I needed it to do...

As stated by other buyers this is a SMS Max Shank that will accept a 3 Jaw Drill Chuck. The shank does not come with the drill chuck as stated and shown in the picture. I followed the recommendation of another review stating go to Harbor Freight for the Jacobs drill chuck. The chuck is still $5.
