For the price, an amazing set of knives.:

I have owned knives with riveted handles for as far back as I can remember. While they are fine for Chefs Knives and Utility Knives, I have never liked their bulky feel for paring knives. After using some "As Seen On TV" knife with a similar ergonomic handle I was hooked on the feel and decided to purchase some new paring knives.
My only complaint would have to that the edge, right out of box, felt a little rough. They cut well enough, but on tougher foods I felt it was grabbing a bit too much. Five... more info

Good knives at a good price:

I'll be honest, I have a complete set of more expensive Henckle knives, the Four Star series, and really only bought these as companion pieces and to use for utility purposes (opening packages, boxes, etc.) and that is exactly how I use the smaller one. But I find myself reaching for the other two to do most of my small food chopping jobs. For the price this is a terrific set. I stick them in the dishwasher and I haven't had any problems!
