Editorial Review:
Gear up for the holidays and beyond with this high-quality 50-lamp 5mm wide-angle LED light set by GKI/ Bethlehem Lighting. Strung on a low-profile green cord, the energy-efficient, stay-cool lights emit a warm white twinkle to wash tree branches, a mantelpiece, or front-door wreath in tasteful illumination. Want to use the lights all year round? Tired of the disappointing performance of some light strings after only one holiday season? This set is crafted with strict manufacturing requirements to ensure the brightest, most consistent, truest colors possible. Safety-certified and UL listed for indoor and outdoor use, the lights also feature UV protection and a patented external lamp lock to prevent loose or twisted connections--a common culprit in light set malfunction. Got a burnout? One failed bulb will not cast the whole string into darkness. The set is backed by a 3-year/3,000-hour warranty. --Kara Karll

LED light string:
Good stuff! I used it as a gift, so I don't have any information on it till next Christmas when it gets used. It arrived when it was promised, the package was in good shape, and the recipient was very happy.
I love these energy efficient warm white LED lights!:
These LED lights take a fraction of the energy than the regular incandescent lights do. In fact, measuring the energy used with the Kill A Watt meter P3 International P4400 Kill A Watt Electricity Usage Monitor shows that 50 lights use only 3 watts, less than most single incandescent night lights. The color is warm, not the blueish light of regular white LED's. Some people mentioned that they twinkle, but these do not twinkle but stay on steadily. I use these lights on an 8 foot silk maple tree we have... more info
Best led lights I've bought!:
These are the best LED Christmas lights I've bought. I bought them at a local garden store, not from Amazon, but it's the same product. The color is almost the same as incandescent white lights, and in fact, I used one strand of these LED lights with incandescent right next to each other on my porch and from a distance you can't see the difference. These are not the horrible bluish white lights that other LED lights are. Make sure you buy the "Warm White" LED Lights to get this color-I'm guessing the... more info
So Close But Yet So Far...:
They're bright. They twinkle. And they TRY to be warm white, but they just AREN'T. I wound seven strings around our fraser fir and the lights were breathtaking. Trouble was, two hours later we were still trying to catch our breath. They're simply too bright, cold, and harsh for the living room. It's a shame, really -- these lights are perfect for a tree at City Hall, or the Galleria. But they just aren't warm.
After three days of nobody turning on the tree lights when we got home from work or... more info
