Staying sharp:

Wusthof Trident has always been the "cadillac" of knives and they continue to earn that reputation. I add to my collection whenever I can and am never disappointed.

Wusthof 3 piece set:

I ordered this item as a gift. It came promptly and I'm very happy with the 3 items. Two knives and a pair of kitchen shears (I own all of these and use them frequently). I would definitely recommend this to anyone wanting to try out this brand of knives, or to add to their collection.

Handy, everyday set:

Very happy with this set. Purchased back in September, and all the edges are still sharp. In fact, be careful when you first use the knives, I cut myself the first time (not used to sharp knives!!) Especially like that the scissors come apart, makes cleaning them so much easier. Highly recommend. I use both knives daily; or at least on the days that I cook!

Great knifes:

Wusthof knifes are the best knifes made as far as I can tell. Tried others but nothing beats Wusthof. Well balanced and razor sharp. I bought 2 Wusthof Gourmet knifes trying to save some money but wished I would have just bought the Wusthof Classic instead. As far as I can tell it was a waste of money buying the Gourmet knifes.
The Gourmet knifes are made of stamped steel not forged from a single blank of high carbon steel. The Wusthof Classic just holds an edge better and longer. So don't be cheap and... more info
