I love it!:
This is great and very convenient if you only need to iron 1 to 2 pieces of clothing each time because the water tank is very small. I use it to quickly touch up my clothes before I put it on each morning. It just takes a couple of minutes. Also, make sure the rubber stopper of the water tank is pushed back in the right position, otherwise, there will be no steam. I made this mistake and thought that the steamer was not working!!!!
what's the point?:
I don't see the point of this product - it takes a lot longer to remove wrinkles with this thing than it does to get out an iron, wait for it to heat up, and lay a shirt out and iron it.
It would take me at least 10 minutes to get the wrinkles out of ONE shirt with this steamer - and even then it wouldn't look as good as a 5 minute or less ironing. I had to return it - what a waste of time.
Don't buy:
It worked well when I first bought this steamer, but it ended up breaking on me within about a month. Maybe I over-used this steamer, because I travel often so I was using it 4-5 times a week. Spend a little extra and get a steamer that's better qaulity.

I recently purchased this steamer and am very happy with it. It does a great job of taking wrinkles out of clothing. Most hand steamers do, so it just comes down to whether or not they perform as designed and what features and bells and whistles they come with. So far this Rowenta has performed very well for me and I love a lot of the little features and design touches as well. PROS
