Fun and cool.:
I've always wanted one of these and now I have one. Couldn't be happier with my purchase. Brought it into work to see how hot it really was at my desk... somewhere around 80 degrees F (a little too hot for me). Also brought along to a friends house who had a bonfire going... highest reading attained was 1024 degrees F. If the temp was any higher it would just display three dashes (- - -). Very Durable. Highly recommended. Can't go wrong with the price either.
Handy device:
I purchased this device to scan the walls in my house and see where the insulation was weak. It works like a charm. I'm sure I'll find other uses as well.
Works well:
It works pretty well and is fun to use (for a while, anyway). What more can you ask for
cool gadget:
Calibrated freezer and refridgerator so wil save some money. This winter I will find all the drafts. Will let me know when I reach 40F when defrosting food on the counter.
