Great cutting board:

This is a very nice bamboo cutting board, on par with the Chicago Cutlery boards that I considered in the store. It is very large, big enough to cut a large ham or turkey, and the groove around the edge is deep enough to catch a good bit of juice. The steel handle is attractive. The label recommended oiling with mineral oil (but who wants that on their food?). I used coconut oil and it brought out the bamboo's rich color. A very nice wooden cutting board for the price.
