Just OK!!: This mop does its job but holds too little water. So, you have to refill it all the time. The best one yet: I have been researching and trying out steam mops for a couple weeks. I tried a $160 one from a home show that had a short cord, small water tank and lost the temperature every 5 mins so it left much water in its path. Then I tried the H2O mop--HUGE disappoinment. It was like moppping with a wet rag. Waaay too much water, not steam. So sad, since I loved the cord length, tank size, agile manueverability and shape of the head (triangle). :( It was bad. It's ok but not powerful enough: This mop works alright for light jobs but you're not going to get up any tough spots no matter how long you hold down the handle and steam it. It also streaks a little on my laminate floors. It may work better if there was a scrubbing area on the pad.
