Customer Review: This is by far the best book for the novice and experienced smoke chef ever as far as I'm concerned. It gives a lot of tips and recipes for about anything you would ever think of putting in a smoker. It is an easy read with lot of information.
Customer Review: The author may be a great cook but you'll have no chance of emulating him using this book. Whole sections are completely incoherent. Recipes are mostly impossible to follow. A recipe will have a list of ingredients -- some of which never show up again in the process.
