Customer Review: This is a fantastic book for anyone owning a deep fryer. Great recipies that are for every day use not just those fancy gourmet type foods that real people do not use. If you can only get one deep fryer cookbook this would be a great choice.

Customer Review: The strainer is almost impossible to get seated so the oil bypasses, as well as material that needs to be filtered out. The strainer clogs readily and it takes quite a while to even attempt to filter the cooking oil. Very frustrating to use.
Customer Review: The white filter has an inferior quality to the one that came originally with the machine. It broke totally when I tried to wash it first time. That did not happen to the original one even when I washed again and again. I wonder if the replacement is fake.
