Customer Review: This adapter works great for what it is designed for. It is only for changing 4 inch hose to 2 1/2 hose. Not designed to connect directly to a tool or shop vacuums. Usually the 2 1/2 inch hose will connect to the tool.

Customer Review: It works well for runs. It is not as good for connecting to tools. However, the clear heavy duty version of this is expensive and this will do the job if your willing to take the disconfort.

Customer Review: This is the first and last Jet product I'll ever buy. Very poor design includes a internal mitered corner that has sharp edges and reduces flow area by at least a third. If you want a dust collector that plugs up use these elbows.
