Customer Review: This pan will cook a flawless egg! So many non-stick pans now have a textured bottom to reduce scratching. Well, that may reduce scratching of the Teflon surface, but it makes cooking eggs a pain in the pan. We're really happy with the Calphalon and you will be too.
Customer Review: I recently purchased a Calphalon steamer pan and I love it. It is narrower on the bottom than on the top, which allows me to use it on a smaller burner. The quantity the steamer basket holds (as well as the pan itself), is much greater than I anticipated. I would highly recommend this pan.

Customer Review: I use my pans every day some times 2-3 meals. These held up for about a year before the teflon started to peel off. I use only plastic or wood utensils. The wore out and I bought another set and will buy them again. I like the style and heavy duty construction.
