Customer Review: We purchased two and have had both TCM830 since July 2008. The first cup is good but any remaining coffee in both has a strong metallic taste. Thermal is a good idea but we will go back to glass because of the bad taste.
Customer Review: The unit started to leak out the bottom after 3 years. I called Cuisinart and they said they had not heard of this problem before, though I see others have reported the same problem here.
