I can't believe the amount of dog hair it sucks out of the stairs - hair that isn't even visible on the carpet! It gets deep down! Customer Review: I recently began using the Bissell Steam mop and absolutely love it! Having the extra pads are very handy. They do a much better job of picking up the dirt without spreading it around than anything else I have used so far. I definately recommend.
