I can't believe the amount of dog hair it sucks out of the stairs - hair that isn't even visible on the carpet! It gets deep down! Customer Review: I love the way it chops the paper (crosscut)...but it isn't very powerful. It bogs way down with 3 to 5 pages...almost to a jam. Has a tough time with Credit Cards. I would recommend for very light office shredding but the way mine runs, I don't anticipate it lasting very long.
