Seems very solid and has a built in ss handle and a juice groove running around the outside of the trimming area. I paid 11.95 and believe it to be well worth the 25 asking price of it now. Customer Review: I bought the 14" Sabatier Signature Anodized frying pan and the 1st time I used it, it warped. This cookware was suggested for the flat top stove.
