Customer Review: There are many Santoku knives for sale. Calphalon's Contemporay Stainless model is perfectly ballanced and has enough cullens on each side of the blade so it never binds when slicing anything. There is ample clearance for fingers when dicing. This knife will last more than a lifetime.
