Customer Review: Is there anyone who used the 600 * 6 qtr mixer to make a 14 cup flour + liquid bread dough?
Mine newly purchased stopped after few minutes.
Called kitchen aid, was told it should be 14 cups in total, that is flour + liquid + others = 14 cups. But, the instruction says 14 cups of flour.... more info
Customer Review: I'm very satisfied with the mixer. My only niggle is that if the dough is too dry then the bowl pops off the back clip in thing. other that that it's great.
