I expect a lot from a bread machine - fairly quiet kneading cycle, consistent temperature so the bread browns well without burning the bottom but also browns the top of the loaf, easy to use, and well built to withstand years of use. Customer Review: easy to use and bakes a nice loaf of bread. You may want to adjust the moisture content a little. First couple of loves were kinda dry. Just add more liquid (trial and error).
