Customer Review: Perfect size for the counter top. Keeps 5 gallons of water available for use at a time. Hot side makes water VERY hot, so use caution, but this unit works great and Primo is a great company - I use Primo water with the cooler.

Customer Review: This is my first Haier product. I've had this for a couple weeks and it has been working great. When you first turn the cold water switch on, it takes about 10-15 mins to get cold, but if you leave it on it's cold all the time. Same with the hot water, it takes about 5 minutes or so to heat up.more info
Customer Review: It wasnt very long before this machine broke. It will spit cold water at you and it runs constantly. We have all tried to fix it using some of the fix it tips on the net but to no avail. Stay away! Buy something else. It just ain't worth the trouble.
