Customer Review: I may be wrong, but from Chantal's website the enamel-on-steel interior is Excalibur so that's not enamel inside and in fact Excalibur is similar to teflon if I'm not mistaken. I hope Amazon clears this up soon.
Customer Review: This pan mostly works as advertised. It is "stick-resistant". With a coating of cooking spray, food releases easily. Clean-up is also pretty good.
