Customer Review: I use this for cooking, not for displaying, so I don't mind the scratches. I have quite a few All-Clad pots and pans, and this is by far my favorite! This pan paired with Molly Stevens "All About Braising" cookbook make an impressive meal that your dinner guests will rave about!
