Customer Review: This 8" pan is quite tiny. I have not found many things I can use it for. However, since it is an All-Clad, it has even heating and it does fry the best egg, and grill a very tasty grilled cheese sandwich!
Customer Review: I have it for 6 months now, used it everyday and am very happy with it. Heating is even and no surpirses, clean up is a breeze, cheese, milk, soy source, BBQ sauce, dumpling, nothing sticks. Ringse it under warm water and wipe it clean with a napkin, it's that simple. You will want to get a lid that... more info
Customer Review: The right size if you like to saute a big quantity of vegetables, or fry many chicken breasts. It's really good for browning. Just make sure you have room on your stove because it'll crowd your other burners if you're trying to use all four burners! One problem is I don't have a cover big enough to... more info
Customer Review: The lure of All-Clad is the very even heating, and this pan delivers that all around and even up the sides. Non-stick service is average in my experience but very durable. Customer Review: Does just what you want it to do. Great for cooking eggs for 1 or 2 people. Super easy to clean. Handle stays cool, nonstick is indeed nonstick. All-Clad is no bargain, but I think you get good value for the money. No warping, consistent even hear across the cooking surface of the pan, easy to... more info
Customer Review: I'd like to give this 10 stars as I had no idea the difference a pan like this could make. I have had it for a week and have used it for crab cakes (crab, egg, and breading), omelets, sauteed vegetables, and thick-cut pork chops. I mention these items because in my old Farberware stainless... more info
Customer Review: The ongoing debate over cookware at my house is over: All-Clad is the best cookware overall and is worth the extra money. Our coppers tarnish and require retinning. Our encapsulated disk cookware (Reverere and Farberware) suffer from loose and broken plastic handles and too-small disks which limit... more info
