Customer Review: I really like the weight of this product, it is heavy but not overly so, and well balanced on the range. I believe All Clad is still made in the US (or at least this product is) which I appreciate. I have a lot of All Clad pans, I have never been disappointed with them. Customer Review: Most amateur cooks are either unaware of or ignore the true French saute pan, of which this is a superb exemplar. Like all of my All-Clad, it heats evenly and cleans up easily -- no need for no-stick.
Customer Review: I purchased this pan because it is made in the USA & my teflon dutch oven needed to be replaced. Compared to the saute pan, the sauteuse pan is easier for me to store because it doesn't have a long handle on it; I also like the domed lid. I have always cooked using non-stick pans so this will... more info
