Customer Review: I know it seems a bit expensive, but the slotted turners from Henckels are worth every last penny....they're really nice and solid in the middle, but have just enough flex to help scoop up juices and stuff in the corners of a pan...and I've had more than one occasion in which I accidentally left it... more info
Customer Review: This is a good, solid product (though a little on the heavy side, not unlike the company's knives). It eliminates the need to pre-cut the grapefruit with a knife. The serrated edges are very effective, yet do not feel sharp or pointy when you are eating the fruit from the spoon.
