Just bought ours brand new in the box at Goodwill for 7 dollars. Thought we'd give it a go as the concept is sound, having used a Wok for chinese cooking. The operative word is WOW. Customer Review: What can go wrong with an item such as this? Mostly we are pleased with the insert, but notice quite a bit of boiling over/out of the kettle with the insert in place - more than I would have expected even when there's not much water in the pot.
