Customer Review: Don't know where all the reviews went that were here when I ordered. Anyway, I ordered 16 place settings. Very happy with colors, quality, heft, etc. Two pieces arrived broken, but Amazon made good on those instantly and graciously. I am very pleased with this order.
Customer Review: The pieces were poorly wrapped and separated by cardboard rather than bubble wrap. One of the bowls arrived in several pieces. I have not taken the plates out of the box because I am afraid they are cracked. Would like to have this item returned. I usually have no problems with Amazon's items this... more info
