Customer Review: This is a great knife. The edge is sharp and hard. The blade works for cutting fruit, vegetables, as well as tourne cuts. I prefer the traditional handle, but decided to try this one. It is quite nice, easy to hold, does not slip in my hand as much as the classic one.
