Customer Review: This is not a standard Wusthof item. Beware- these are NOT manufactured in Germany as are many new lines that carry the Wusthof name. Customer Review: I got these shears to go with my Wusthof Culinar knife set. Visually they are a perfect match. Their performance is second to none. They are sharp and make cutting anything easy. They also come apart for easy cleaning. Highly recommended!
Customer Review: As a positive, these shears cut through bone with relative ease. However, I found the handle very difficult to grip- it opens too widely and my hand often slips off of the "pebbled" handles.
