Customer Review: This vacuum looks and works great! It is quieter than other vacs I had before. It is not heavy. The only thing I don't like about is that its hose goes to the top rather than front of the main unit. It comes off easily when pulled.
Customer Review: Although I thought I was purchasing a rug cleaning vacuum, and this turned out to be a "floor cleaner", it is a great little vacuum! It is small and lightweight and easy to use. The suction capacity works just great on my low pile carpet.

Customer Review: This is by far the best vacuum I've ever used. The suction is fantastic, it's ridiculously easy to clean and empty, and it doesn't kick up a lot of dust. The agitator is perfect for relatively short carpets. It's nonadjustable, however, so it'll chew up thin carpets and do nothing on shag.
