Customer Review: I don't understand all these bad reviews. Unless you people are getting lemons, then what are you doing to your vacuums?! Mine is awesome! I have three rowdy little boys and we live in a 4400 sq. foot home. I've owned this vacuum for 1.5 years and haven't had one problem. My carpet is plush too and... more info
