	Oval/Circle Cutter Features Cuts beveled oval and circle openings in matboard. Measuring scale on the adjustment bar for accurately sizing ovals from 4 - 1/2" (11.25cm) to 24" (60cm) high and circles from 4 - 1/2" (11.25cm) to 21" (52.5cm) in diameter (offset is 3" (7.6cm) Fletcher designed guide wheel keeps the cutting blade on track through the entire cut to help eliminate start and stop marks. Switch from cutting circles to cutting an oval in seconds with a turn of a knob. No assembly, tools or additional parts required. Uses standard oval/circle blades. Comes with 5 blades.
